Over The Top Corn Relish

- 12 ears sweet corn blanched for 1 minute in boiling water shopping list
- 5 red peppers chopped shopping list
- 5 green peppers chopped shopping list
- 2 stalks celery diced shopping list
- 2 white onions diced shopping list
- 1 cabbage shredded shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 1 pint vinegar shopping list
- 1 pint water shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoons mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoons ground dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Cook all peppers, celery, onions and cabbage for 15 minutes.
- Add corn and cook 10 minutes more.
- Add 2 tablespoons flour and cook until smooth.
- Add salt, vinegar, water, sugar, mustard and dry mustard.
- Seal in hot sterilized jars.
