Winnie's Sausage Stuffing Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook sausage meat,celery and onion together over med heat till sausage is cooked and celery and onion tender,about 10 mins.
  • Add chicken broth to moisten and add sage and parsley. Stuff cicken or turkey or bake in a casserole dish at 350 for 35-45 mins.
  • To make just bread stuffing,omit sausage and cook onion and celery in 1/4 lb butter
