Chile-lime Peanuts

- 6 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 6 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper shopping list
- 6 cups unsalted cocktail peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- 2. Whisk lime juice, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Add peanuts, toss to coat.
- 4. Place on a baking sheet in an even layer
- 5. Bake stirring every 15 minutes, until dry about 45 minutes.
- 6. Let cool completely and store in air tight container.
