How to make it

  • Rub in 1/2 seasoning and allow to rest at room temp for at least 1/2 hr .
  • Grill on low approx. 6-8 min. turn then baste with sauce seasoning lightly 4 times per side.
  • Allow to rest 10 min. before slicing.
