How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400'. Butter jelly roll pan . Arrange bread in one layer on one side. Arrange apple on the other side;dot with butter.
  • In bowl,whisk eggnog and eggs. Slowly pour over bread to soak. Roast 25 mins or till browned.
