How to make it

  • 1. In bowl melt chocolate chips and stiruntil smooth.
  • 2. Add the cream cheese, coffee and water and mix well.
  • 3. Chill until firm enough to shape.
  • 4. Shape into 1 inch size balls and place on waxed paper lined baking sheet and chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • 5. In microwave melt the chocolate coating and stir until smooth.
  • 6. Dip balls in chocolate and allow the excess to drip off and place on the wax paper let stand until set. And optional you can then melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the truffles.
