How to make it

  • To wok or large non-stick skillet, add 1 teaspoon olive oil and non-stick cooking spray. Add onions and peppers and frozen edamame and stir fry on high for a minute or two. Add rest of vegetables and continue cooking on medium-high heat, for a few minutes, until veggies start to cook down. When almost done, add a splash of the teriyaki sauce and continue cooking another minute or so. Voila!

Yum Yum!! I made this as a side dish but this will definitely be tried with some chicken for a full meal :) Added a full review in the IMI ----------> Healthy Tasty Kale Stir Fry

Looks fabulous. Kale is one of my all time favorite vegetables. It is very versatile like spinach but with more attitude. I would not leave the stems in as they are very tough and tend to be bitter. But that's just me. Great post.
