Stir-fried Tofu And Bok Choy

- 1/4 bok choy/Chinese cabbage shopping list
- 1 block tofu shopping list
- 1 medium size onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of oil (oil of your choice) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse your tofu block well. Slice them to your desired size.
- Heat 1 1/2 cup of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry tofu until golden brown and set aside. You will be using the same pan for stir-frying so just take away the oil from he pan leaving just 1 tbsp. of it.
- Add the chinese cabbage, onion, salt and soy sauce and stir fry over medium high heat, add some water to avoid over-drying. Add the tofu.
- Continue tossing all the ingredients over medium high heat until tofu has absorbed all the moisture.
- Voila it's ready to be served.
