How to make it

  • Rinse your tofu block well. Slice them to your desired size.
  • Heat 1 1/2 cup of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry tofu until golden brown and set aside. You will be using the same pan for stir-frying so just take away the oil from he pan leaving just 1 tbsp. of it.
  • Add the chinese cabbage, onion, salt and soy sauce and stir fry over medium high heat, add some water to avoid over-drying. Add the tofu.
  • Continue tossing all the ingredients over medium high heat until tofu has absorbed all the moisture.
  • Voila it's ready to be served.
