Frozen Mini Cinnamon Coffee Cheesecakes

- Box of Nilla Wafers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons coffee shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) packet cream cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of paper lined muffin cup, using the small paper cups
- 2. Mix the coffee granules and water in a large bowl until coffee is dissolved.
- 3. Add the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon.
- 4. Beat with whisk until well blended.
- 5. Stir in cool whip and blend well.
- 6. Spoon into the muffin cups.
- 7. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove cheesecakes from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
- 8. Grate some chocolate on the top and serve
