Herbed Corn

- 9 ears of fresh corn (bout 7 cups) shopping list
- 21/2 tbsp butter or marg (I like butter with this recipe) shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped chives shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- after taking the husks and silk off corn,
- slide a very sharp knife down the base of the corn cobs (as close as you can) removing the kernels.
- (you should have about 7 cups)
- heat butter in a frypan to medium high heat
- add corn, salt and pepper
- saute, uncovered, stirring often at medium heat for about 9 minutes.
- add chives and parsley,
- saute, stirring often for about 1 minute.
- check for salt and pepper...
- serve
