How to make it

  • after taking the husks and silk off corn,
  • slide a very sharp knife down the base of the corn cobs (as close as you can) removing the kernels.
  • (you should have about 7 cups)
  • heat butter in a frypan to medium high heat
  • add corn, salt and pepper
  • saute, uncovered, stirring often at medium heat for about 9 minutes.
  • add chives and parsley,
  • saute, stirring often for about 1 minute.
  • check for salt and pepper...
  • serve
