How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • 2. Place the sweet potatoes in a medium baking dish and spread the butter pieces over the sweet potatoes and sprinkle with the brown sugar and then the mini marshmallows.
  • 3. Cover (and spray the foil with non stick spray)and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes
