If you like cantaloupe, take advantage of it over the summer with this cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Light Rum
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 1/3 cup diced ripe cantaloupe
  • Bar sugar/fine sugar
  • cracked ice
  • Cantaloupe slice

Directions
  1. Combine rum, lime juice, orange juice, diced cantaloupe and about 1/2 teaspoon bar sugar in a blender with cracked ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a cantaloupe slice.
