Gluten Free, Yeast Free Bread

- 2 cups gluten free flour mix** shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. Zanthum gum shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) shopping list
- 1/3 cup of cranberries or raisins (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogourt shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
- gluten free flour mix (makes 4 cups): shopping list
- 1 cup tapioca starch shopping list
- 1 cup chickpea flour or quinoa flour shopping list
- ½ cup sorghum flour or almond flour shopping list
- ½ cup potato starch shopping list
- 1 cup amaranth, rice flour or buckwheat flour shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F
- Cover a cookie tray with parchment paper or grease an 8X 8 round baking pan or loaf pan
- Blend dry ingredients
- Add water/yogourt mix (just enough moisture so that flour is all stirred in)
- Pour dough into pan or place on cookie try in small lumps to make biscuits.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
