How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  • Cover a cookie tray with parchment paper or grease an 8X 8 round baking pan or loaf pan
  • Blend dry ingredients
  • Add water/yogourt mix (just enough moisture so that flour is all stirred in)
  • Pour dough into pan or place on cookie try in small lumps to make biscuits.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes

    I see you are from Canada, I am from Oregon. WHERE would I look do you know for these kinds of flour, I've never heard of them.
