How to make it

  • turn over to 200c.
  • spread relish on one side of each fish fingers.
  • cut each cheeses slice into four strips.
  • lay a slice over each relish.
  • cut bacon into long thin strips
  • wrap bacon around each fish finger
  • place fish fingers onto a oven tray
  • bake 10 minutes
