How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with non stick aluminum foil
  • Press pineapple into a small strainer to release juice
  • Discard juice or save for another use
  • Squeeze lime into medium bowl
  • Add pineapple and remaining ingredients, except tilapia and stir until well blended
  • Arrange tilapia in a single layer on prepared pan
  • Spoon pineapple mixture over tilapia and bake for about 12-14 minutes
