How to make it

  • MIx all dry ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Rub the "rub" all over the ribs, front, back, and all sides.
  • Wrap each slab individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Makes enough rub for 3-4 slabs, depending on the size.
  • Cook however you would like. I use an indoor smoker, smoke for 3-4 hours at about 220 degrees. You can also bake for a couple of hours or cook on the grill. You will want to baste the ribs with some type of sauce as you cook them.. I have a BBQ sauce recipe on here that I use with this. YUMMIE!!
