One of my coworkers made this once, and I was hooked! I make it at Christmas... we stuff ourselves on it because my mother-in-law can't cook. ;)

Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese (low fat is fine, but not no fat)
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Mix together and spread on serving plate.
  2. Serve with pretzels.
