Roasted Garlic Sesame Rice

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons roasted garlic paste shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups chicken broth or may substitute same quantity of hot water and use Vegeta for seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium skillet, saute sesame seeds in butter for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add rice, celery and onion; saute until the rice is browned. Add chicken broth or dissolve Vegeta in hot water; pour over the rice mixture and allow to come to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how firm you like your rice.
