  • In a medium skillet, saute sesame seeds in butter for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add rice, celery and onion; saute until the rice is browned. Add chicken broth or dissolve Vegeta in hot water; pour over the rice mixture and allow to come to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how firm you like your rice.
