Rustic Italian Shrimp Tortallini Soup

- 4 breakfast turkey sausage links sliced shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- 1 12oz can of condensed chicken broth shopping list
- 1 12 oz can of water shopping list
- 12 oz can of diced tomatos shopping list
- 9oz package of refrigerated 3 cheese tortallini shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- 6-8 medium pre-cooked shrimp shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (fresh cracked is best) shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger paste shopping list
- Shredded chedder cheese or Parmasian (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- First I started by heating the white wine in a pan and then adding the shrimp.
- Allow the shrimp to cook, then add the ginger and the pepper
- While the shrimp is cooking, cut up the onion, sausage and mince garlic then add to a pot.
- Cook the sausage until there is no pink
- Then add the chicken broth, water, and diced tomatos
- Bring to a boil
- Add tortallini and basil
- Cook until torallini is tender
- Serve and garnish with cheese
