How to make it

  • mix molasses and rum
  • marinate pork in mixture overnight, flip the roast every once in awhile
  • put roast and marinade mix in covered baking dish
  • set oven to 350 bake for one hour 45 minutes
  • flip roast half way through baking time
  • roast should look caramelized and evenly glazed
  • slice and serve hot or cold for sandwiches
