How to make it

  • Place dry ingredients in a clean coffee grinder, and grind until very fine.
  • Place liquid ingredients into a small saucepan and add the ground ingredients. Bring to a boil. After it boils, remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  • Using a syring or with a large needle, inject the turkey every inch or so (especially into the breast meat). Do so 24 hours before cooking.
  • After 24 hours, you can prepare the turkey however you like; deep fry, smoke, roast, etc...
