How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium ziploc bag - shake thoroughly to combine. Store in airtight container of your choice.
  • Using Lawry's and Gebhardt's will make a huge difference in the taste of this mix. It's worth the initial investment, especially the Gebhardt's chili powder.
  • Use "approximately" 1 tablespoon per pound of meat you are seasoning, or adjust to your tastes. Enjoy!
