• I had two different sized pans, but this was the bigger bottom layer. I know, too thick. Should have used less baking powder and more baking pans.

• For my homeskillet's birthday, I chopped each layer in half and added more frosting in between to make it a 4 layer cake like it should have been. Garnished with minichips, it was really good and would kill a diabetic at 20 paces.
