Healthy Brownies With No Eggs

- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup canola oil shopping list
- 2/3 soymilk mixed with 1 tsp. vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350F or to 325F for a convection oven.
- Brush a square pan 8"x8" and sprinkle the bottom with flour.
- Mix the ingredients in the order of the recipe until smooth.
- Bake for 50 minutes or for 35 minutes in a convection oven.
- Cool completely before cutting.
