How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a large, heavy pot.
  • Simmer for 25 minutes or until desired color is reached (darkens)
  • Remove from fire and cool.
  • Pour into blender and puree.
  • Pour into sterilize bottles or jars and refridgerate.
  • Use as a marinade and/or baste.
