Non Alchoholic Egg Nog

I absolutely love eggnog, but sadly, it is only for sale around Christmas time. Now you can have it all year round! Farm fresh eggs are a lot healthier then store bought. If no farm fresh eggs are available, store bought work, fine.
Ingredients
- 3 farm fresh eggs shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Separate egg whites and yolks, and place in separate bowls.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add half a cup of sugar to whites.
- Whisk yolks until creamy.
- Add half a cup of sugar to yolks.
- Pour yolks into egg white mixture.
- Stir.
- Add heavy whipping cream.
- Add vanilla.
- Whisk.
- Sprinkle spices into bowl.
- Pour and enjoy!
