How to make it

  • Mix ingredients in mug throughly
  • Top (swirl-like motion) with syrup-Be generous!.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Enjoy a fudgy pudding like dessert! Yummy!

    I just added two tbsp of coconut flour-omg this is more superb than ever-more moist-cake than ever, smooth, chocolately.yum!! I always have at least now couple times of week as snack/protein..it keeps getting better, better,..I am always tweeking!!

    When my diabetic mother in law visits she is sometimes left out of dessert because we forget to substitute Splenda or it just won't work well in the recipe. This looks like a great quick fix!
