Momma's Mexican Dip

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- large block of Velveeta cheese (dice or slice thinly for quicker melting) shopping list
- 8-16 oz prepared salsa (your favorite brand. Use mild for not spicy, medium to add a little flavor and hot to add some spice!) shopping list
How to make it
- brown ground beef. Drain in colander.
- Add back to pan, and add pieces of cheese slowly. Allow to melt.
- Add salsa. I said 8-16 oz of salsa because some like it cheesy, some want the salsa to be the main taste. Up to you! Add salsa to your desired taste.
- Heat thoroughly. Put in serving bowl or bowls and serve!
