Blueberry Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup fresh bluberries shopping list
- Crumb Topping shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place paper cups in muffin pan.
- 2. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cups flour, salt and baking powder. Place the vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup.
- 3. Mix this with the flour mixture fold in the blueberries and fill the muffin cups to the top and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
- 4. To make the crumb topping: mix together the 2.3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 teaspoon butter and mix with a fork and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven or until done.
