- A) shopping list
- 1 Cup brown rice shopping list
- 2 1/3 cups of water shopping list
- B) shopping list
- 1 Can of coconut milk shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of almond milk (or soy milk) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of water shopping list
- 1 Heaped tablespoon of Yellow curry shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of Thai sweet chili sauce shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of vegetarian Thai Veggie seasonings (not required) shopping list
- Any other spices you choose shopping list
- 1 Natural sea-salt shopping list
- 2 medium cubed potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 block of cubed firm tofu shopping list
- 2 carrots cut in rings shopping list
- 10 sugar Snaps shopping list
- C) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of fresh chopped up basil leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup pf fresh chopped up cilantro shopping list
- 1 Cup of sugar snaps shopping list
How to make it
- Bring A to a boil and simmer on a low flame until ready
- Bring B the milks to a gentle simmer in a new pot as you start adding all the ingredients in order. Let is simmer until the potatoes are as tender as you wish.
- Add C to B and cook for maximum 20 seconds
- Serve right away ♥
