How to make it

  • coat chops with flour , salt and pepper
  • brown chops in hot oil. Remove chops and cook onion, peppers and garlic, about 7 min
  • drain fat, add curry, tomato paste,and water. Bring to a simmer. Put back chops, simmer uncovered, 20 min , until pork is tender.
  • add raisins and chutney, heat through.
