How to make it

  • Heat butter and add eggs,scramble,salt and pepper,once finished add cheese,take off the heat,and add truffle in small biteable pieces.
  • Serve immediately with fresh squeezed orange juice(fresh is always best)...add a splash of Pernod Ricard Perrier Jouet...leave room for dessert.
