Vegetable Soup

- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger shopping list
- 2 cans beef broth shopping list
- 2 small potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin shopping list
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thin shopping list
- 1 medium onion, small dice shopping list
- 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- Serve with: shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
- So-hot peppers, sliced thin shopping list
How to make it
- In the pressure cooker add the hamburger and beef broth; heat on high until the weight toggles, then turn down to medium heat and time for 25 minutes. Remove pan from the heat and place in sink with cold water running over the lid until the steam is all released from the pot. When you can safely open the lid; return it to the stove [not pressure cooking -- regular heat] and add the potatoes, carrots and onion. Bring the heat back up to high and cook until the potatoes are tender. 10 minutes before serving add the vegetables to the soup.
- Serve with tortilla chips and peppers!
