How to make it

  • Rinse and pat dry chicken, flatten to about one inch thickness, cut up into chicken tender size strips.
  • Mix Miracle whip with Frenchs mustard, add the Honey and mix well. Reserve 1/4th cup for dipping. Put the bread crumbs into a shallow bowl big enough for dredging the chicken.
  • Preheat skillet medium heat adding butter. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Using a basting brush, baste both sides of the chicken generously with the miracle whip mix and coat with bread crumbs placing into the skillet. Cook approx 5 minutes each side.
  • Place chicken into a foil lined pan, and baste the top of each chicken strip with leftover Miracle whip mix. Bake in oven about 5 minutes and serve with dipping sauce.
