Barbqued Meat Loaf And Potatoes

A nice crock pot sheppards pie like meatloaf
Ingredients
- Barbecued Meat Loaf shopping list
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 c. uncooked quick or old-fashioned oats shopping list
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbsp. non-fat dry milk powder shopping list
- 1/2 c. water shopping list
- 1/2 c. bottled smoked barbecue sauce shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 sm. onion, chopped shopping list
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut up shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of Crockery Pot. Top potatoes with meat loaf. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
