Dried Shirmp Potatoes Balls

- 800g potatoes (Pre-Boil) shopping list
- 300g dried shrimp (Pre-washed in warm water) shopping list
- 5 pips garlic (Finely chopped) shopping list
- 12 shallots (Finely chopped) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 4 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tsp honey shopping list
How to make it
- First boil the potatoes with the skin attached till soft. Set aside.
- Heat the pan, without oil, fry the dried shrimps till fragance. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the shallots till brown and then the garlic. Set aside.
- Now start mashing the potatoes with the skin and add in the shrimps, the fried shallots and garlic.
- Add in the olive oil and continue to mash it.
- After mixing, use your hands to make into round balls and get ready to serve!
- For the sauce:
- Pour the worchestershire in a bowl and stir in the honey. Done.
