Double Strawberry Pancakes Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt, melt the butter in a saucepan, pour into the mixture then add the milk, and vanilla. Beat the egg in a measuring cup then add to the mixture and stir well. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  • Heat a griddle or round skillet on high heat sprayed with cooking spray. When hot pour a small amount of pancake mix onto it. Cook until both sides are good and brown. Repeat with rest of batter.

  • Strawberry Sauce

  • Combine strawberries,butter, and sugar in the saucepan where you melted the other butter. Wait until the butter is melted then add the water and bring to a boil. reduce to simmer and take off when it looks a bit thick but not to thick. Pour over the pancakes and add some butter ontop and you are ready to eat!
