How to make it

  • 1. Place sausage, onion, butter, pepper, corn, evaporated milk, potatoes, red pepper flakes in the pan over medium heat and then mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of the milk into a paste and then add to the saucepan.
  • 2. Just let it come to a boil reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are cooked!
  • 3. Serve topped with some cheese and parsley.
