How to make it

  • Chop all Veg. into chunks,add to a blender or food processor and puree.
  • Add a few teaspoons of water at a time if mixture is to thick.
  • Store in the refrigerator for no more then 2 weeks.
  • Tip: 1-Freeze extra mixture in ice cubes to use at another time.
  • 2-Put the above mixture in a squeeze bottle and squirt on your meats, use it when saute your beans
