Meatball Stew Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients for meatballs and mix with hands.
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil.
  • Make meatballs into 1-1/2in balls and place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
  • Place the stew ingredients except peas in large stew pot.
  • Put meatballs on top and cover on simmer for 25-30minutes or until tender.
  • Stir in peas and heat through.
