How to make it

  • (I did mine in my Nu Wave Oven Pro. 7minutes a side then extra 3 to warm sauce and melt cheese
  • For oven pre-heat to 400 degrees
  • dredge chicken in egg wash(2 eggs with tbl water and slat/pepper)
  • Next dredge chicken in crushed chips(place about 1/4 of the bag into large ziploc and crush with rolling pin)
  • place on baking dish and bake 10 minutes ea side. Then spoon on tomato sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes to melt cheese.
