Sausage Soup

- 1 LB italian sausage shopping list
- 2 Large Russet baking potatoes shopping list
- 1Large onion shopping list
- 1/2 Can of Oscar Mayer bacon bits shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic (Minced) shopping list
- 2 Cups kale or swiss chard (Chopped) shopping list
- 2 Cans of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 Qt. water shopping list
- 1 Cup of heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook sausage at 300 (F) for 30 min.
- 2. Drain sausage then cut onto slices.
- 3. Place onion, potato, chicken broth, water, and garlic in a medium pot and cook until potatoes are done.
- 4. Add sausage.
- 5. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- 6.Simmer for 10 min.
- 7. Turn to low heat
- 8. Add kale and heavy cream
- 9. Heat through and serve
