How to make it

  • 1. Put the chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside,in a pan bring the cream and orange peel to a gentle boil and pour over chips let stand for one minute and then whisk until smooth cover and chill for 35 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
  • 2. Beat the mixture for 10-15 seconds or just until it lightens in color ( but do not overbeat) place rounded teaspoons of mixture on wax paper lined baking sheet.
  • 3. Gentle shape into balls and roll some in nuts and then melt some chocolate and dip the rest and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
