How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheets with aluminum foil, set aside.
  • Slice baguette thinly, and arrange on baking sheets. Brush liberally with olive oil, and bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • In a saute pan, heat olive oil. When hot, add onion, grapes, and almonds. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Spoon a small amount of the grape mixture onto each piece of bread. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 7-10 more minutes, until bread is golden and crispy.
  • Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
