How to make it

  • Fry the fish pieces in oil with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Add oil to another pan and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder .
  • Add curd and stir nicely. There should be no lumps.Add little water.
  • When the gravy starts boiling, add the fried fish pieces.
  • Add ground elaichi, cloves, cinnamon.
