How to make it

  • 1.Using a hand mixer puree the onion, parsley, and garlic with a little bit of water if needed.
  • 2. Pour mixture into the meat and use your hands or spoon to evenly distribute the puree. Add salt and pepper.
  • 3. Roll into 1"balls and set aside
  • 4. In a small sauce pan on medium low heat place the ingredients for the sauce and let simmer till meatballs are done.
  • 5. In a shallow dish, place breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, and 2 Tbsp garlic powder, mix.
  • 6. Roll the meatballs in the dry mix and fry till done in a pan on medium heat.
  • Serve with the sauce and enjoy!

    Quite brilliant - would a standard blender or food processor still work? My hand blender kind of sucks.
