Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

- 2 kiwis peeled and diced shopping list
- 2 apples peeled cored and diced shopping list
- 8 ounces raspberries shopping list
- 1 pound strawberries trimmed and diced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of fruit preserves (your choice) shopping list
- cinnamon chips shopping list
- 10 (10) inch flour tortillas shopping list
- butter flavoured cooking spray shopping list
- 2 cups cinnamon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a large bowl mix the kiwis, apples, strawberries, raspberries and add 1 tablespoon of fruit preserve and mix well and cover and place in fridge.
- 2. Cinnamon chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Coat one side of each of the flour tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar and spray againwith cooking spray.
- Then bake in a preheated oven 8 - 10 minutes and allow to cool and serve with the fruit salsa.
- You can also put the wedges into a muffin pan and push them down a little and will make scoop shapes
