Pea-prosciutto Sauce

- 4 oz prosciutto shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced shopping list
- 1 T tomato paste shopping list
- 1 c cooking water from pasta shopping list
- 1/4 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1 c blanched frozen peas shopping list
- 1 lb ravioli shopping list
How to make it
- cook prosciutto in skillet with oil until crisp
- stir in garlic and tomato paste
- cook 1 min.
- stir in c of pasta water. Simmer until reduced in half, about 4 min
- add cream and simmer on low until thickened, about 3-4 min
- add peas and stir into cooked ravioli
- top with parmesan.
