How to make it

  • Place the roast into a crockpot.
  • Pour the pepperocinis (make sure to use the juice from the jar!), italian mix, and onion over the roast. You can add some water if you want but the steam and moisture inside the crockpot is enough.
  • Cover with lid and cook for 6-8 hours (stir it a couple times) or until meat is done and falling apart.
  • Serve on a hoagie roll or bread of your choice.
