How to make it

  • Heat broiler of toaster oven or oven. Lightly toast bread,then top with cheddar or provolone and orange marmelade or apricot preserves.
  • Broil till cheese is melted,1-2 mins.

    This one sounds good. I like to make cream cheese and jelly/Marmelade sandwiches.
